Introducing Client Services Manager Tesha Damry

Tesha Damry, Client Services Manager

Following an extensive career in accounting and importing/exporting in Mauritius, South Africa and Switzerland, Tesha Damry turned her hand to administration and office management and became an administrative specialist after moving to Melbourne in 2016.

Joining Baumgartner Super in 2022, Tesha stepped into a Client Services Manager role and hasn’t looked back. She relishes the opportunity to be a linchpin in the smooth running of the audit team, from managing her admin team and assisting the audit managers in conducting their audits to managing audit workflow from start to finish (and all the client liaison required in between), assisting the directors in the operational running of the business and even being our key contact for liaising with the NTAA.

Having started professional life as an offshore trust accountant for European-based accountants outsourcing to Mauritius, Tesha has done a complete 180-degree turn and loves being involved in numerous aspects of the business, all the while having understanding and insight from an accountant’s perspective.

“I am completely happy doing an admin client service role because it’s a more interesting dynamic,” says Tesha. “I get to work with the decision-makers and be more operationally present in our business.”

Understandably, coming from an accounting background, Tesha had to get up to speed with the intricacies of an audit environment.

Being a fast learner with an adaptable and flexible disposition saw her through and she has since been charged with streamlining and systemising key aspects of the business.

When not in the office, Tesha enjoys reconnecting with nature by bushwalking, hiking and spending time with friends. She also is an avid reader and connoisseur of drama, fantasy and murder mysteries.


Tesha Damry is an accomplished Client Services Specialist with vast experience in the financial services sector both in Australia and internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting and Information Systems) from the University of Mauritius, a Master’s degree in Accounting (Kaplan) plus qualifications in import and export management, logistics, materials and supply chain management from the University of Cape Town. Tesha is also a native French and Hindi speaker.
