Announcement: Appointment of Director, Sajee Madarasinghe
Baumgartner Super, a leading Self-Managed Superannuation Fund audit firm, is delighted to announce the promotion of Sajee Madarasinghe from Principal to Director with effect 1 July 2022.
Managing Director David Baumgartner said, “We are proud to appoint Sajee, who brings a wealth of experience acquired throughout an impressive professional career working in a range of public practice firms, including the Big 4, both here and in Sri Lanka.”
“Her technical knowledge, leadership and people management skills enhance our firm's close knit, family oriented and positive culture. This appointment can only result in the firm continuing to deliver superior outcomes for our clients.”
In addition to her finely honed technical skills, exercised daily when reviewing and signing off SMSF audits, Sajee relishes the people side of SMSF audits. “I gain immense satisfaction supporting our team and building fantastic client relationships, working collaboratively with them to resolve technically challenging audit scenarios.” Sajee said. “I particularly enjoy mentoring and celebrating each person’s success.”
After hours Sajee enjoys her personal downtime, which is the perfect antidote to running around after her two energetic sons. When unable to nurture her culinary skills, her family enjoys taking in as much cricket as they can. Sajee is also a native Singhalese speaker.
“We are very excited about Sajee accepting our invitation to become a Director of the business and are confident our client focussed approach will see Baumgartner Super continue to grow sustainably well into the future” David added.
