Baumgartner Super Client Manager Ann Mariya Emmanuel has made a career of learning and understanding the intricacies of SMSFs.
As a previous Accounting Software Compliance Consultant for an Australian SMSF platform provider, Ann developed a unique perspective when it came to understanding SMSFs and the rigorous admin and compliance requirements.
Joining Baumgartner Super as an SMSF Auditor in 2018, Ann learnt everything about auditing and progressed to becoming a Senior Auditor and then a Client Manager in 2022. In her current role she is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing audits and training upcoming auditors.
So adept is Ann at training and onboarding staff, that she also helps coordinate our offshore audit team in India and delivered training at their office in 2022.
Unofficially, Ann is our office bubble tea aficionado. She also loves devouring seriously good international television dramas. Ann is well-travelled, having lived in Saudi Arabia, India and the Republic of Ireland before moving to Australia to complete her studies. She now calls Melbourne home but looks forward to getting back to Europe as often as possible, especially to visit her favourite destination Switzerland.
